Join us for the 2010 Success Fund Golf Scramble
The Success Fund Committee began in November, 2007 as a diverse group of community members came together for the purpose of raising monies to help insure the success of Marshall Public School students – now and for decades to come. Success Fund monies are held at the Marshall Community Foundation in an affiliate fund for Marshall Public Schools. An endowment fund has also been created.
The Success Fund Annual Golf Outing
The first two Success Fund Golf Outing were a tremendous success raising over $23,000 and $28,000 respectively. The Medalist Golf Club was filled with community members eager to support their schools. Special events on the course such as long drive contest, and closest to the pin added to the fun and raised dollars for the Fund. After the golf came to the close, the patrons headed inside the all-weather tent for a tremendous dinner prepared by the Medalist staff. During that time, many stories were told and embellished. Immediately following the conclusion of dinner, the live auction was underway and many participated.
The 2010 Event is expected to sell out quickly so reserve your space in advance.
